The review dashboard gives you the quickest view of review progress in a space and shows who still needs to review. It breaks progress down by round, bucket, and reviewer, and you can open the people behind any count.
When to Use This
Start here when you want to check review progress across a space. If you already know the round, bucket, team, or reviewer you need, and you do not need the summary counts, see Find Reviews by Submission, Team, Bucket, Round, or Reviewer or Follow Review Progress by Reviewer and Team.
Prerequisites
- You need permission to view reviews in the space.
Open the Dashboard
- Open the space, go to Reviews.

The dashboard shows four tiles for Unsubmitted, Declined, Submitted, and Total, along with a completion gauge. Below the tiles, the table shows one block for each round and one row for each bucket in that round. When you expand a bucket, you see one row for each reviewer expected to review it. Every count in the table is a link.
Only submissions in submitted status count on this dashboard. When you move a submission to approved, declined, alternate, or any other status, that submission and its reviews no longer appear in the counts. If the numbers look lower than expected, check whether submissions have moved out of submitted status.
Rounds with only one bucket open automatically. For all other rounds, use Expand All or Collapse All at the top of the page, or expand one bucket to see its reviewers.
Tip
If a bucket is assigned to a whole team but only some team members need to review each submission, the bucket’s outstanding count reflects that requirement. The individual reviewer rows under that bucket show no outstanding work because any team member can complete the review, so no single person is responsible for it. In this case, the reviewer rows will not add up to the bucket total. This is the same minimum-required-reviewers model reflected in the Portal: each team member can see a submission in their own review queue until the submission reaches the number of reviews the bucket needs. After that, the submission drops out of the remaining team members' queues. Only reviewers who actually submit a review accrue a count here; the rest show no outstanding work even though they were technically eligible to review it.
Tip
If a submission has open reviews in more than one round at the same time, the dashboard's counts and drill-downs include all of those open reviews, not just the submission's current round. Keep that in mind if a total looks higher than you expect from the current round alone. The dashboard can also be counting the same submission's open review in an earlier round.
Drill Into a Count
- Select any count — Unsubmitted, Declined, Submitted, or Total — on a round, bucket, or reviewer row.

If exactly one review matches and that review has already been submitted, Rhythm opens the review directly. Otherwise, the dashboard changes to a filtered list of matching reviewers. Each row shows the reviewer, submission, bucket, round, and either a score that links to the review or a marker for an unsubmitted or declined review. From this list, you can also download the same rows as a spreadsheet; see Export the Reviews Spreadsheet.
- Select Back to Review Progress to return to the counts.
The dashboard does not show a presenter's name, whether an abstract has already been reviewed, or the abstract’s accept/reject decision. If you need that context, look it up on the submission itself.
Refresh the Counts
- Select Refresh at the top of the progress view.

Rhythm reloads every count. If the reload fails, Rhythm shows a toast; try again or reload the page.
