Common Tasks
- Register Someone or Change a Registration in the Console
Register a contact for an event on their behalf using the same form a member sees, write a registration record directly without an order, and approve or correct a registration by editing it.
- Ask Questions About Your Events Data
Open the Events Query Center for all events or for one event, and build questions over registrations, invoice lines, booths, add-ons, session speakers, exhibitor contacts, abstract reviews, and sponsorships.
- View or Modify Your Registration in the Portal
Find your event registrations in the Portal, open one to see what you registered for, print a certificate of attendance, and change a completed registration while the edit window is still open.
- Clone an Event
Start a new event by copying an existing one instead of building it from scratch, choose which optional parts to bring along, and know what still needs your attention afterward.
- Manage Function Tickets
Add a function ticket to a registrant by hand, edit its holder, fee, meal, or notes, and tell the difference between cancelling and deleting a ticket.
- Register for an Event in the Portal
Start and complete a Portal registration for an event, choosing a registration type, filling in the registration form, and paying, plus what to expect when registration is not open, is closed, or the event is sold out.
