Beyond the review dashboard, you can list and filter reviews for a specific round, bucket, or team. You can also find all reviews one person has submitted, either in one space or across every space you run.
When to Use This
Use this when you already know the round, bucket, team, or reviewer you want to check, and you want to open the reviews directly instead of starting with progress counts. For a count-based overview of a whole space, see Follow Review Progress on the Review Dashboard.
Most teams reach reviews in one of two ways: they start from a dashboard-style overview, or they open a direct list when they already know what they need. If you are looking for a simple “search reviews” page and do not see one, start with whichever option matches what you already know.
Prerequisites
- You need permission to view the team, bucket, or round page you open, or permission to view reviews when you open a reviewer’s page.
List Reviews by Team, Bucket, or Round
- Open the space, then go to Reviews.
- Open the review team, bucket, or round you want, then select its Reviews tab.
Result
A reviews table appears, with filters for All Rounds, All Buckets, All Teams, and All Reviewers above it. The columns show the reviewer, round, bucket, team, score, and a status marker.
Tip
Some pages load only enough information to identify each review, not the full review details. When that happens, the reviewer, round, bucket, and score columns may be blank. Open the review directly by selecting its score, when one appears, to see the full details.
Filter a Review List
- On any Reviews tab that shows the four dropdown filters, choose a value in All Rounds, All Buckets, All Teams, or All Reviewers.
Result
The table narrows to reviews that match your choice. The filter only applies to reviews already loaded on the page; it does not search the whole space again.
Tip
If a global query across Abstracts > Reviews shows what looks like duplicate rows after you filter to one event, define the event directly in the query criteria instead of applying it afterward as a filter. Queries defined this way have shown correct, non-duplicated results more reliably.
Find Everything One Person Has Reviewed
To see every review a person has written in one space, open their reviewer page:
- Open the space, then go to Reviews.
- Select the reviewer's name from the review progress dashboard or another reviewer list.
- Select the Reviews tab.
Result
Every review that person has submitted in this space is listed, with every page loaded at once.
To see everything a person has reviewed across every space you run, open their record instead:
- From a submission's search results, select the contact's name in the Submitted column.
- On their record, select the Reviews tab.
Result
A table lists every review the person has written across all of your spaces, with links from each submission and score back to the space where it was reviewed. The table's Status column is blank because the review record itself has no status; the status belongs to the reviewer assignment, not the review.
