Once reviewers are assigned, you may need to check one reviewer’s progress: what they submitted, which teams they belong to, and what they still owe. This article explains the reviewer’s page in a space and the filterable reviewer assignment list that appears on several review pages.
When to Use This
Use this when you need to follow up with one specific reviewer instead of checking progress across the whole space. For the space-wide review dashboard with counts by round and bucket, see Follow Review Progress on the Review Dashboard.
Prerequisites
- You need permission to view reviews in the space.
Open a Reviewer's Page
- Open the space, then go to Reviews.
- Select the reviewer’s name from the review progress dashboard or another reviewer list in the space.
Result
The reviewer’s page opens with four tabs: Reviews, Teams, Unreviewed, and Declined.
- Reviews lists every review this person submitted in the space.
- Teams lists each review team in the space this person belongs to, along with the team’s name.
- Unreviewed lists assignments they still owe, including specific assignments they have not reviewed and team-based expectations to review a whole bucket.
- Declined lists assignments they turned down.
After a reviewer submits a review, it moves from Unreviewed to Reviews. A completed review no longer appears in their pending queue in the Console or on their Portal "Needs My Review" list.
If the person has no role in this space, all four tabs are empty and no explanation appears. This is expected when someone was never assigned in the space and was never part of a team there.
Tip
A person can appear twice under Teams when a team changed from a manually maintained member list to one built automatically from an organization or committee, and the old member list was not cleared. This is not a duplicate assignment; the same person is reaching the same team through two paths.
Filter a List of Reviewer Assignments
The same filterable reviewer assignment table appears in several places: the review dashboard drill-in after you select a count, a reviewer’s Unreviewed and Declined tabs, and the unsubmitted and declined lists on round and bucket pages.
- Open any page that shows this list.
- Type in Filter results to narrow the rows shown.
Result
The list narrows to rows that match what you typed. Each row shows the reviewer, submission, bucket, round, and either the score as a link to the submitted review or a marker showing that the assignment is still unsubmitted or was declined.
The filter only checks the rows already loaded on the page. It does not run a new search in Rhythm, so it narrows only the rows currently in front of you.
Warning
Rhythm has no bulk action to remind every reviewer with an unsubmitted review at once. After you use this list to identify who still owes a review, you need to follow up with each reviewer individually.
