In Preparation: Troubleshooting

Common Tasks

  • Create or Edit a Contact

Add a new person to CRM or update an existing contact's details, and what Rhythm cleans up, fills in, or checks automatically along the way.

  • Search for and Pick a Contact

Find a contact from the Contacts page or from any picker elsewhere in Rhythm, list everyone at an organization, download a large organization's contact list, and quick-add a contact without leaving what you were doing.

  • Merge Duplicate Contacts

Combine two or more duplicate contact records into one, choosing which value survives for every field that differs, before confirming a merge that cannot be undone.

  • Create an Organization

Add a new company or institution to Rhythm, choose its type before the form appears, and understand where its number comes from and what stops Rhythm from saving it.

  • Manage Your Contact Information in the Portal

What you can see and change about your own contact record and your organization's other contacts on the Portal, and the boundaries Rhythm applies to both.

  • Set Up Contact Roles

Create the contact roles your account uses, such as billing contact or voting delegate, and control which ones are administrative, assigned automatically, or given to an organization's first contact.
