Associations often have several online forms and review programs open at the same time. Here’s where to find the one you need.
Find Forms You Can Submit To
- Go to Browse Online Forms.
Result
You’ll see a card for each Portal form space that is open, visible in the Portal, within its display window, and available to you based on its eligibility criteria. Each card shows the space name and short description. Select a card to open that space, then see Find and Review Your Submissions for what you can do there.
Find Spaces Where You Review
- Go to Reviews & Judging.
Result
You’ll see a card for each open space where you are on a review team as a reviewer, an administrator, or both. Rhythm does not filter this list beyond that, so a space still appears even when no round is currently open or nothing is waiting for you. After you open a space, see Find the Submissions Waiting for Your Review for your next steps.
Why a Form You Were Told About Might Be Missing
Warning
When a form does not appear in Browse Online Forms, it almost always fails one of these checks:
- It is not open. Draft and closed spaces never appear, even when the other settings are correct.
- Staff have not marked it visible in the Portal. A space stays hidden until staff turn on that setting, even if the space is open.
- It is outside its Portal display window. Staff can set the dates when a space appears in the Portal separately from the dates when it accepts submissions, so those windows do not have to match.
- You do not meet its eligibility criteria. Rhythm checks eligibility against you personally, even when the space collects submissions from organizations.
Only Portal form spaces appear here. A space that mirrors records from another Rhythm application is never available for direct submission in the Portal.
If a review space you expected to see is missing from Reviews & Judging, first confirm that the space is open and that you are on one of its review teams. Closed spaces and spaces where you are not on a review team are left out without any additional message.
