If your association allows it, you can register for several exams at the same time. You choose a sitting for each exam and pay for everything in one order.
Prerequisites
- You are signed in to the Portal with a linked contact.
- Your association allows registration for multiple exams at once. If you do not see this option, it has not been turned on for your account; contact the association.
- Go to My Exams, then choose Register for Exam.
- Choose I would like to register for multiple exams at the same time.
- Wait while Rhythm checks which registration process is available. If more than one applies, choose one under Registration Process:.
- Choose Continue.
- On the next form, tick each exam you want and choose a sitting for each one.
- Pay for the order.
Result
Rhythm registers you for every exam you ticked, with the sitting you chose for each exam, in one order.
One Registration Process Covers Every Exam in Your Order
When you book a single exam, Rhythm checks which registration processes match your history for that exam. When you book several exams together, Rhythm offers every active process, regardless of your history. If you choose a retest process, every exam in the order is charged the retest fee, including an exam you are taking for the first time.
Warning
Each exam in your order needs a sitting that already has the fee this registration requires. If one sitting does not have that fee, Rhythm refuses that part of the order rather than letting you complete the others without it. Choose sittings you know are set up, or check with the association if a sitting seems to be missing its fee.
After you pay, every exam you ticked becomes a registration and appears in your My Exams list, just as it would if you had booked each exam separately.
If Something Goes Wrong
