  • Activate an Application Into a Certification

Turn an approved application into a new, renewed, or reinstated certification, and understand what Rhythm sets automatically when it does.

  • Apply Credits to an Application

Count a member's single-use credits toward an application's credit requirement, and remove a credit you applied by mistake.

  • Apply for a Certification

Start and complete a certification application on behalf of a member or organization from the Console, including choosing courses, exams, and credits, and completing payment.

  • Search for and Manage an Application

Find an application by program, status, date, or applicant; review its full record; create or edit one directly; and override or waive a requirement.

  • Send an Application Notice

Email an applicant one of your account's configured application notices, and optionally record a new status reason at the same time.

  • Create a Billing Run

Start a new certification billing run from a template, from scratch, or by copying an earlier run, and choose the actions it performs.

  • Edit a Billing Run's Filters, Schedule, and Notices

Change a saved billing run's programs, training providers, status reasons, planning time, and notices before it runs again.

  • Find Billing Runs and Their History

Search for a billing run by name, status, kind of work, or date, and see which runs have already acted on a certification or application.

  • Review, Refresh, and Schedule a Billing Run's Plan

Check a billing run's planned actions before anything happens, exclude records you don't want touched, refresh the plan, and start execution when you're ready.

  • Create, Edit, or Delete a Certification

Record a certification by hand, correct one afterward, and delete one once nothing else depends on it, including why a save can be refused.

  • Find and View a Certification

Find a certification from the overview by status count or search, open its full record, and see all of a contact's or organization's certifications from their own page.

  • Record and Maintain a Credit

Record a credit for a contact by hand, find and review an existing credit, see how much of it applications have used, and correct or delete one.

  • Schedule and Manage a Course Offering

Schedule an in-person, virtual, or on-demand run of a course, publish it to the Portal within a sale window, and find, reschedule, or delete an offering afterward.

  • Ask Questions in the Certifications Query Center

Build, run, save, and export detailed questions about certifications, applications, course and exam activity, credits, and training providers, bringing in related people, organizations, orders, and memberships.

  • Register, Search, and Manage Course Registrations

Search course registrations, register someone for a course through checkout from the Console, create or correct a registration by hand, and transfer a registration to another student or offering.

  • Find, Review, Correct, and Delete Activities

Search for activities across your account, open one to see its owner, details, and the credits it produced, log an activity on a member's behalf, correct or verify a reported activity, and delete one reported in error.

  • Print or Attach a Certificate

Render and print a certificate from a certification, or attach a certificate file you produced outside Rhythm, and learn what name prints by default.

  • View and Protect Certifications During Billing Runs

Mark a certification so automatic billing-run drops skip it, and see the reminders, drops, and renewal forecasts a billing run has already recorded on it.

  • Open the Certifications Reports Page

Find the Certifications Reports page, understand why it may not appear in your menu, and know what to expect when you open it.

  • Review an Application's References

See every reference on an application and whether each has come back, then open one reference to read the referee's contact details and status.

  • Manage Exam Registrations

Find a candidate's exam registration, open it to see the sitting, order, and notices, and correct, bill, or delete it — including recording a registration by hand with no order.

  • Register a Candidate for an Exam from the Console

Book one exam, or several at once, on a candidate's behalf from the Console, using the same registration form and checkout a candidate would use themselves.

  • Record an Exam Result and Send the Notice

Enter a candidate's exam score, let Rhythm propose a pass or fail result and letter, attach the scoring report, and send any exam notice by hand.

  • Schedule an Exam Sitting

Create a new sitting of a catalog exam with its date, place, fees, and eligibility rules, find sittings you've already scheduled, and understand what deactivating or deleting one does.

  • Read Certifications Program Statistics

Read the headline counts on the Certifications overview, tell a fresh count apart from one still being worked out, force a count to refresh, and open the records behind a number.
