A site is a website your association runs on its own domain name, such as a member portal, donor portal, or event microsite. Every page, menu, and setting in Portals belongs to one site. Use this article to create, edit, clone, deactivate, and delete a site.

Prerequisites

  • You need the Portals Administrator role to open the Sites setup screens. The Portals Day-to-Day User role does not have access.
  • Your Rhythm account needs portal hosting before you can manage sites. If hosting is not set up, Rhythm sends you to hosting setup instead of the Sites screens.
