When someone opens Portals for the first time in your Rhythm account, Rhythm walks them through a short setup before they can continue. You save the sign-in settings first, then create a site, and then request hosting. After those three pieces are in place, use Portals & Microsites › Setup to review setup and return to each area. This article explains why Rhythm redirects you before setup is complete, what the Setup overview checklist includes, and which side-menu entry appears only after multi-currency is turned on for your account.
Prerequisites
- You need the Portals Administrator access policy to open Setup. Staff with Portals Read-Only Access or Portals Day-to-Day User Access can see Setup in the side menu, but they cannot open the screens behind it.
Why You Are Redirected Before Setup Is Done
- If your account's sign-in settings have not been saved, Rhythm sends you to Auth0 Settings so you can configure them.
- If your account does not have a site yet, Rhythm sends you to Sites so you can create one.
