A security policy restricts a page or menu item after you attach it. This article explains how to attach policies, choose how multiple policies work together, and understand what happens to a page’s policies later.

Prerequisites

  • Before you restrict a page or menu item, create the security policies you want to attach. See Manage Security Policies.
  • To edit pages or menus, you need the Portals Day-to-Day User Access or Portals Administrator policy.
