Certifications includes a Reports entry in the Console menu, separate from the query center. It uses the shared reporting framework found across Rhythm, not a reporting tool built only for Certifications.
When to Use This
Use this if you’re looking for Certifications › Reports and want to understand where it is or why you don’t see it.

Result
The page opens inside the Certifications Console. Right now, the page has no content, so you won’t see reports, headings, or controls there.
Tip
For a working way to build custom reports about certifications, applications, courses, exams, credits, and more, use the Certifications query center instead. It uses the same shared reporting tools and includes real questions you can run, save, and export.
Why the Reports Entry Might Be Missing
Whether Reports appears in your Certifications menu depends on which version of Rhythm’s reporting tools your account uses. If your account uses the newer reporting tools, Rhythm leaves the Reports entry out of the Certifications menu because those tools replace it elsewhere in Rhythm. If the entry is missing from your menu, that’s expected and does not mean anything is broken.
Warning
You need permission to access the Certifications Reports page before you can open it, even if the menu shows the entry.
