When a member reports a portal problem, you can troubleshoot faster by opening the portal exactly as they see it. Rhythm lets you sign in as a specific contact with your Console access, so you do not need the member’s password.

Prerequisites

  • Your role needs permission to sign in as a contact.
  • Your account needs at least one portal site set up.
