Before You Begin

Prerequisites

  • Sign in to the Portal.
  • Make sure your contact record is linked to an organization, and that your role at that organization has permission to open the Employer Center. Your association's administrator controls this permission, so ask them to check it if you cannot open the page.
  • Open a Portal page that includes the Employer Center. If your association added the ready-made page, it appears in the Portal menu as Employers.

Open the Employer Center

  1. Open the Employer Center page.

Result

The page shows your organization's name, the number of job postings it has available, and a table of the jobs it has posted.

What You See

  • Available Job Postings — the number of postings your organization still has to use. This number reflects what your organization has bought and used, and you cannot change it from this page.
  • Job Postings table — every posting your organization owns, including its name, status, and expiration date. Select a posting's name to open it, or sort the table by any column.
  • Post a Job — appears when your organization has at least one posting available. If your role does not allow you to post jobs, the button appears but is disabled and shows a message that you lack permission.
  • Purchase Jobs — opens the page where you can buy more packages. Your association can hide this button on its Portal page, so if you do not see it, ask your association how to buy more postings.

Tip

You do not buy packages directly from this page. Select Purchase Jobs to open your association's package purchase page.

Can I Change My Balance Here?

No. The Employer Center only shows your available postings, and it does not let you edit that number. Your balance changes only when your organization buys a package, posts a job, or has a purchase cancelled. If you believe your balance is wrong, contact your association.

Post or Manage a Job from Here

Select Post a Job to open your association's job posting page. Select a posting's name in the table to review, edit, or close it, depending on what your association allows.
