An award page in the Portal shows the nominations you submitted for that award. If someone nominated you for the award, you can also find your own nominee record on that page.

When to Use This

Use this when you want to see who you nominated for an award, or when someone nominated you and you want to confirm your own details.

Prerequisites

  • You are signed in to the Portal with a linked contact.

See Your Nominations for an Award

  1. From the Portal menu, go to AWARDS › Browse Awards and open the award.
  2. Find the My Nominations section on the award page.

Result

Rhythm shows up to ten nominations you submitted for this award. Each row includes the Date and the Nominee you named. If you have not submitted a nomination for this award and you are still eligible to nominate, Rhythm shows You have not submitted a nomination for this award. with a Submit one now. link.

Tip

The My Nominations table shows no more than ten nominations for the award, and there is no option to view more rows. If you have submitted many nominations for one award over time, some nominations may not appear here.

What You Can't See or Do

You can see only the nominations you submitted, not nominations from another member for the same award. You also cannot open, change, or withdraw a submitted nomination from this page; the table only confirms that the nomination exists.

This page is not a permanent submission history. You see your nominations for an award only when you open that specific award, so after the award is no longer available in the Portal, such as after it closes or is removed from the list, those nominations are no longer viewable here.

If someone nominated you for an award, your own nominee record is available only to you. Rhythm creates that record from your contact details the first time someone nominates you, and no other member can see it. You also cannot see anyone else's nominee record.
