Orders & Inventory includes a Reports entry in the Console side menu at Orders & Inventory › Reports. This article explains what you will find there today and why that menu entry might not appear for your Rhythm account.
What the Reports Page Contains Today
When you open Reports, you land on a page inside the Console frame with an empty content area. It does not show a report list, chart, or control. There is nothing to configure or click because the page exists, but it does not yet include built-in reports.
If you need a report on orders, purchases, coupons, cancellations, returns, shipments, entitlements, merchandise, or stock, use the Query Center instead. See Orders & Inventory's Report Starting Points for what each ready-made query type includes.
Why the Reports Entry Can Disappear from Your Menu
After your Rhythm account moves to Rhythm's newer reports experience, the Reports entry no longer appears in the Orders & Inventory side menu. This is expected and does not mean anything is broken. You can still reach the page directly by its address, but it shows the same empty content described above. The menu change only controls whether the entry appears, not what the page contains.
If you need Orders & Inventory reporting and your Rhythm account no longer shows the Reports entry, use the Query Center as described above. This change does not affect the Query Center.
