Reading This Reference

Every Rhythm account includes the same two Careers query types, and you can't add or hide either one. In the Query Center, choose Job Postings or Resumes to start a new query. For help using the Query Center, see Design and Run a Query.

The Two Query Types

Query type Includes Default columns Default sort
Job Postings Every job posting in every status, joined to its contact and organization Employer Name, Name, Location: City, Location: State Name
Resumes Every resume on file, joined to its contact Name, Email Address Name

Neither query type adds its own filter. Job Postings returns postings in every status, including expired, suspended, and draft postings, unless you add your own criteria. Resumes returns every resume, whether or not the job seeker has marked it searchable by employers.

Tip

If a resume appears in a Resumes report but is not marked searchable, that is expected. The searchable flag controls whether employers can find the resume in a resume bank, not whether it appears in your own reports.

How a Posting's Organization Is Reported

A Job Postings report groups each posting under the organization of the contact who posted it. If that contact has no organization, the report uses the organization saved on the posting instead.

Permissions

You need Careers query access to run either query type. Careers query access comes with any of the three Careers access levels, including Read-Only Access.
