Your school's reports appear together in the Portal, no matter where they are in review. Use this list to find and reread reports your school has already submitted. To submit a report instead, see Submit a Report in the Portal.
Before You Begin
Prerequisites
- Your contact role needs permission to view reports. If you do not have permission, you see a message instead of the reports list.
- Your organization needs an accreditation record. If it does not, or if your contact is not linked to an organization, you see a message explaining that.
See Your School's Reports
- From your school's Accreditation Profile, open your reports list.
Result
You see every report your school has sent for its accreditation, including the filing date, name, type, and current staff review status. If your school has not submitted any reports yet, the list shows a short message instead.
Open a Report
Select a report's name to open it. The details you see depend on your association's report-type design. Some associations show a rich summary, while others show only a few details beyond the report's name and date. That difference comes from the accreditation page layout and the custom fields your association added to it. An administrator who wants a richer, Submissions-style view for reports needs to create the relevant accreditation custom fields and include them on that page layout, where they're supported. The header always shows the report's name, type, submitter, and submission date.
Tip
If the report was filed for a site visit, the header includes a link back to that visit.
Warning
If you see an error instead of the report, you do not have access to it. This can happen when you follow a link meant for someone at another school.
Why You Can't See Another School's Reports
The list and each report only show reports that belong to your school. If you try to open another school's report, such as by following a link meant for someone else, the Portal refuses access.
Warning
This also applies to visiting team members. Serving on a visit team for another school does not give you access to that school's reports through this list. Today, only that school's own contacts can read them here.
This list is based on the organization a report belongs to, not the person who submitted it. Even a report you personally submitted while helping another organization does not appear in your own list. It stays with the organization it was filed for, and you need to be a contact of that organization to see it here.
