Schools and visiting teams send Rhythm many kinds of reports during an accreditation. Use School Reports to find a specific report, check what is waiting for review or arrived recently, and open the report record.
When to Use This
Use this page when you need to review or reference a report, check your program’s review workload, or see the reports tied to one school or site visit. If you need to create a report record directly instead of finding an existing one, see Manage a Report Record in the Console.
Prerequisites
- You need a current program set because School Reports shows reports for the program you’re working in.
See What's Waiting and What's Recent
- Go to Accreditations › School Reports.
Result
The two figures at the top of the page show how many reports in your program are waiting for review and how many are dated within the last 30 days. Select either figure to open a query with that matching filter. The figure itself counts only your current program, but the query is not limited to that program, so it can include reports from every program.
Search for a Report
- On the School Reports page, enter the criteria you want to use: School:, Type:, Phase:, and Date:.
- Select Search.
Result
The results show each matching report’s date, type, school, and status. Select the Date or Type link to open the report record.
Tip
The Recently Viewed Reports panel beside the search criteria shows reports you recently opened in your current program.
Open a Report's Record
A report record keeps the report’s details in one place, including who submitted it and when, its summary, its status, an attached file if it has one, its review progress if it is under review, and any custom field values.
- From a search result, or from a school’s or visit’s reports list below, select the report.
Result
The report record opens. From here, you can also edit or delete the report; see Manage a Report Record in the Console.
If you open a report from a saved query’s pop-out results, including one you reached through a visit’s reports, selecting it opens the report record the same way as any other search result.
Find a School's or a Visit's Reports
You can also open a school’s or visit’s page to see reports without searching School Reports directly:
- On a school’s page, open the Reports tab to see every report filed against that school’s accreditation in your current program, newest first. Expand a row to view the report summary.
- On a site visit’s page, open the Reports tab to see every report linked to that visit, newest first, with the same expandable summary.
Tip
Both tabs show only the first page of a school’s or visit’s reports. If a record has an unusually large number of reports, some reports may not appear on the tab. Search School Reports directly when you need the most complete way to find an older report.
