Find Your Way Around Accreditation Setup

Accreditation Setup overview ‧ Setup checklist ‧ Setup side menu ‧ configuration checklist ‧ where to configure Accreditation

Accreditation Setup includes screens for programs, phases, reports, visits, evaluations, notices, and billing runs. When you need the full map, start on the Setup Overview page instead of searching through menus. After you are already in Setup, use the Setup side menu to move between Setup pages.

In this area, “reports” means accreditation process records tied to a school’s accreditation, such as a phase report or visit report. It does not mean general financial reporting or cross-application reporting.

Prerequisites

You need access to the Accreditation Console to open Setup. If you do not have that access, Rhythm shows an access-denied message instead of the Setup page.

The Setup Overview Page

The Setup Overview brings every Accreditation configuration step into one place. Each step appears under a heading and links directly to the screen where you complete that setup. The overview always shows the full list of configuration steps Accreditation offers, whether or not your account has already configured them.

The overview also includes the checklist for setting up report review, which is shared with the Submissions application. Accreditation includes that section here so you do not have to look for it separately, but the review setup belongs to Submissions and cannot be changed from Accreditation. If you are setting up who reviews submitted reports, use this checklist as your guide, then complete the configuration on the Submissions screens.

There is no dedicated Reviews page inside the Accreditation console. You work with accreditation reviews through Submissions and Reviews. Review spaces are flexible, so your account might use one review space per accreditation, one per visit type, or another arrangement that matches how your reviews are organized.

Tip

The Setup Overview shows the same steps whether or not you have completed them. It is a map of everything you can configure, not a progress tracker, and it does not mark steps as complete. If you want to track your implementation progress, keep your own checklist alongside it.

Tip

Looking for certificate setup or accreditation fee setup and can't find it? Neither is offered here. Accreditation has no built-in capability for generating accreditation certificates, unlike the certificate features in Certification Programs, and it does not currently support charging accreditation-related fees from within the accreditation application itself.

Moving Between Setup Pages Directly

After you open any Setup page, use the side menu to go straight to another Setup page without returning to the overview. This is faster when you already know what you want to configure next, such as moving from a phase’s reporting requirements to report types.

The side menu lists every Setup section, even if your access does not let you open each one. Each Setup page checks your access when you open it, so seeing a section in the menu does not guarantee that you can use it.

Result

You can move from configuring phases to configuring notices in a couple of clicks, without retracing your steps through the overview or the main Accreditation menu.

Tip

If you cannot open a section from the side menu, ask the person who manages your Accreditation staff roles about your permissions. It does not mean anything is broken.
